All of our inflatables come with ground sheets to help provide a clean and dry place for children to change their shoes.
We supply outdoor connectors on all of our blowers and trip switches for extra protection.
All of our equipment is routinely checked and cleaned, however, if you notice anything wrong please lets us know immediately so we can sort it out promptly.
The castle or slide must not be inflated during high winds, near power lines, roads or water. Sharp or hot objects and anything likely to damage or puncture the fabric such as stones etc. must be removed from the area of clean grass where the inflatable is to be sited.
A responsible adult must supervise the castle/slide at all times.
(SLIDE ONLY) No jumping down the slide and ensure that the bottom of slide is clear before the next child slides down, to avoid injury.
No adults on the castle/slide unless assisting younger children. (Does not apply to Sumo).
No food, drink, chewing gum, party poppers, silly string or face painting, as these can stain the castle/slide.
No pets or animals on/in castle/slide.
Do not allow children to play around the back of the castle/slide or with the power lead.
No glasses, pens, keys, shoes, or anything hard or sharp while using castle/slide.
Do not deflate castle/slide unless there are strong winds and it appears unsafe to use. (Customers discretion).
Do not inflate castle/slide with anyone on it.
A.T Castles will not be held liable for any accidents, damages, or injuries however caused through the hire of this castle/slide.
The Clustomer will be held liable for any damage caused to the equipment through Misuse, Neglect or Loss.
NO SMOKING near the castle/slide as this can lead to costly repairs.
A.T Castles reserve the right to refuse a hire as we see fit without obligation and/or compensation.
